This presentation will explore the science around Psychopathy &#8211; examining definitions, causes, treatments, outcomes, and misconceptions.<\/p>\n<p>Besides learning about the interesting topic of psychopathy, have a great time networking with other Alumni members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presenter Bio:\u00a0<\/strong>Dr. Jillian Peterson has a doctorate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.\u00a0 She specializes in forensic psychology, mental illness and crime, and psychopathology.\u00a0 Dr. Peterson has worked as a criminal investigator on death penalty cases in New York City, a psychiatry research coordinator at the University of Minnesota, and a jury and trial consultant.\u00a0 She has published multiple articles related to psychopathy, risk assessment, reentry programming, and the relationship between mental illness and criminal behavior.
